ETHICS AND WORK POLICIES

All psychic readings and services from Mansi Mallika are meant to empower you to make your own best choices. You have full responsibility for making the best choices in your life. It is up to you! I’m just here as a guide and a facilitator.

I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time or to not continue a session if I do not feel it is in either party’s best interests.

I am not responsible for any action or inaction on your part as a result of your reading or any other service I provide. You agree to take full responsibility for your life, including your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well being. Your life is your responsibility!

Readings are confidential.

Any discussions pertaining to any professional, legal or medical matter is for general information purposes only.

You understand that Mansi Mallika Readings cannot make any warranties or guarantees regarding the information I provide and that I cannot be held responsible or liable for the actions you take as a result of the session. You are completely responsible for any actions you take after any consultation

Please note about the future: Certain decisions and choices you make once leaving can change the outcome from what I have seen, Whenever a timeline is mentioned in a reading, it is just a general guideline. Changing your thoughts and actions can change the timeline. The future is not set in stone. It is up to you to do what is best for you.

No matter your sexual orientation, gender identity, racial identity, ethnicity, cultural identity, religion, beliefs, physical ability, socioeconomic status, social class, age, etc., I will respect you and hold space for you. All are welcome here.

Your reading will be treated with the utmost respect for your confidentiality.

I strive for transparency with all of my clients. No smoke and mirrors, no parlor tricks. You have the right to ask questions about how I am deciphering the current information within our allotted reading time.

You also have the right to ask for more clarification should something be unclear. It is your time, you paid for it, and you have the right to understand what is going on.

However, please try not to spend too much time asking questions about my process so that our time is properly focused on your reading, and so that my focus doesn’t dissipate.

I will be honest and upfront with you about my abilities, and what I can and cannot sense or intuit for you. At all times I will endeavor to present myself to you responsibly, and with integrity.

The cards will likely advise you on certain courses of action to take, but that does not mean I am telling you what to do. That is not my role. Your decisions are 100% your own, and I do not, and will not, impede the free will of others.

To do so is the direct opposite of the client’s empowerment, which is a key component of my business intention. I advise, but ultimately your decisions are your own.

Incase of channeling of messages from spiritual realm and akashic records , information will be revealed without an personal biases . I work on values and virtues of honesty and discipline.

No single reader is perfect for every single client. On rare occasions, I may encounter a client with whom things just don’t seem to “click.” Should you be one of those clients, I will do my best to discern that as quickly as possible so as to not waste your time,

Please be certain you have availability within my published business hours before booking an appointment, to ensure I will have the availability to provide the reading you seek.

If you wish to see me, I leave the initiation of that connection to you. I do not and will not personally solicit my clients for business, not now, and not ever.

I have the right to offer or refuse to answer “quick follow-up questions” after the reading has concluded due to the constraints of guidance I receive during readings and channeling, nature of question and my personal schedule. I simply do not have the time.

Please be sure to ask me whatever you need during our session, and respect my time as I respect yours. If you have follow-up questions, please consider purchasing a follow-up reading.

If you are disrespectful, obnoxious, or behave in a threatening manner, your reading will be instantly terminated, and you will not receive a refund. I do not tolerate having any displaced anger projected upon me.

I am not a stand-in for the person or people in your life that aggravate you. Treat me with respect as I will treat you, otherwise our time together will be immediately ceased.

I will not read for anyone under the influence of intoxicants.

I reserve the right to refuse service, for any reason.

I do not read for clients under the age of 12. With parental consent and the child’s assent, I will read for clients ages 12 and up.

Payment & Appointment Scheduling

Booking is confirmed once payment is made online or via cash before session .

Incase of emergency and last moment bookings , charges Should you need to cancel or reschedule your reading, I require 24-hour notice, as is standard practice of most professional businesses. If you reschedule, your payment will be applied toward your next appointment. Bear in mind, I will only allow one reschedule per appointment, so please be absolutely certain your rescheduled time will work.

If you are running late for your appointment, the onus is upon you to communicate to me your lateness. A quick phone call or email is all that I need, and should only take a moment of your time. Provided that you communicate with me, I will honor the remainder of your appointment time.

If you are a no-show, with no communication to me, I will not read for you again. This may seem harsh, but consider that is not only disrespectful, I could have scheduled another client in your place. I value your time. Please value mine.

All readings and services require payment in advance of your appointment. Receipt of payment will trigger the scheduling process and product creation process. Credit cards and PayPal are both accepted through online link I provide over email or whatsapp. . If you fail to provide payment ahead of your appointment, I will not read for you.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
